This is what the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sigaga said at a press conference on Saturday, November 9.
“According to Ukrainian intelligence, next year, if there is no appropriate response or prevention, Russia will be able to produce 30% more artillery shells than all EU countries combined,” said the foreign minister .
The minister noted that now it is necessary to strategically understand it and strategically avoid it. He clarified that, first of all, he meant the so-called shadow fleet, which even now helps Russia, bypassing sanctions, to continue trading in energy and oil resources.
“Therefore, it is very important that the further tightening of the sanctions policy of the European Union, our partners, also focus on this aspect,” said Sibiga.
