“The EU’s support for Ukraine is my personal priority during my mandate and will remain on the EU’s agenda,” the EU high representative emphasized.
Let’s remember that Borrell previously said that the European Union was very alarmed by reports of North Korean troops sent by Pyongyang to participate in Russia’s war against Ukraine.
