In Kharkov, on the night of November 9, a Russian guided bomb hit one of the city’s busiest highways, damaging the street lighting network, a construction hypermarket, and destroying a defunct gas station. Kharkov mayor Igor Terekhov reported the consequences of shelling.

Several windows of a nearby hotel were broken. A construction hypermarket located at the intersection received minor damage.
