Miroslav Beletsky became the new chairman of Transcarpathian OVA, and Ivan Rudnitsky became the new chairman of Volyn OVA.
President Vladimir Zelensky appointed the heads of the Volyn and Transcarpathian regional military administrations. The corresponding orders were published on the website of the Office of the President on Friday, November 8.
According to the orders of the head of state, Myroslav Beletsky became the new head of the Transcarpathian OVA,
the new chairman of Volyn OVA is Ivan Rudnitsky.
The president also signed orders on the release of Yuriy Pohulyayko from the post of Volyn OVD chairman and on the release of Myroslav Biletsky from the temporary role of Transcarpathian OVD chairman.
Rudnitsky headed the SBU Department of the Volyn region since May 2024. Before that, he headed the SBU in the Transcarpathian and Poltava regions.
Beletsky has been the acting chairman of the Transcarpathian OVA since September 2024. Since February 2021, he has served as the first deputy chairman of the Transcarpathian OVA.
