The number of people injured as a result of Russian shelling of Zaporozhye has increased to 33 people.
It is known so far that on November 7, Russian aviation dropped six KABs on the city. One of the air bombs hit the oncology clinic, where one of the doctors was seriously wounded. The evacuation of victims from the cancer center has already been completed. The head of the Zaporozhye regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, stated this on air at a national telethon.
The head of the OVA added that there may still be people under the rubble.
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has already responded to today’s shelling of Zaporozhye. The head of state emphasized that each such Russian strike not only kills people and destroys lives, but also destroys the meaning of any words that there seems to be a lack of negotiations with Moscow. Because in Russia, according to him, they take pleasure in the death of people.
And therefore, it is air defense for Ukraine, the ability to destroy Russian military aircraft, permission for Ukraine to carry out long-range strikes against the occupier – this is the real protection of life. And I am grateful to everyone in the world who is helping with this,” Zelensky wrote on Telegram.
Let us remind you that on November 7, Russian aviation hit Zaporozhye five times with KABs and missiles. The Russian attack destroyed a 4-story residential building, damaged a cancer hospital, more than ten single-story residential buildings and cars.
Four people were killed and 18 people were injured. Two wounded are in serious condition.
