The Russian general received suspicion from the Security Service of Ukraine.
Law enforcement officers have collected evidence on the Russian Major General Denis Kulsh. It was on his orders that on May 6, 2022, the invaders carried out an airstrike with an X-35 anti-ship missile on the National Museum of Gregory Skovoroda in the Kharkov region. The enemy then actually destroyed the building and wounded a museum guard. The SBU press center reported this on November 7.
The intelligence service emphasized that Kulish and his subordinates are still committing war crimes on Ukrainian territory and regularly attacking Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
Investigators informed the Russian general in absentia of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 28 (commitment of a criminal offense by a group of persons, a group of persons by prior conspiracy) and Part 1 of Art. 438 (war crime) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
And in July of this year, the SBU announced suspicion in absentia to Kulish’s subordinate, Russian Colonel Ivan Panchenko, who directly commanded the missile attack on the Skovoroda Museum.
Let us recall that Ukrainian law enforcement officers informed the leader of the fake DPR entity, Denis Pushilin, and his associates of suspicion for the deportation of 31 Ukrainian children to the boarding house of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
