War criminal Ochur-Suge Mongush complained of deception on the part of officials of the Republic of Tuva.
The Russian, who in 2022 castrated and killed a prisoner of war soldier of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, complained about the officials of the Republic of Tuva selling land intended for participants in the war against Ukraine. This was reported by the Astra Telegram channel on Thursday, November 7.
Ex-Naiman Akhmata Ochur-Suge Mongush, who became famous after footage of the torture, castration and execution of a Ukrainian prisoner of war, complained about Tuvan officials. According to him, they sell the land that the government gives free of charge to the participants in the war against Ukraine.
The Russian also complained about the deception of the local authorities. “I remember in 2021, someone promised to bring gas to Tivu – they cheated us, before the election campaign they made a lot of promises and cheated us,” he said.
According to him, officials also humiliate “Veterans of the Northern Military District” (as the war against Ukraine is called in Russia, – ed.), offering them social work. Ochur-Suge Mongush gave the example of his fellow Wagnerian, who, upon returning from the war, was asked to take care of the elderly. “Going from apartment to apartment to change diapers… They humiliated me, low,” she said.
It was noted that Ochur-Suge Mongush was earlier a candidate for the regional legislative assembly from the party Only Russiabut lost the election.
Let’s recall that in 2022, a Russian military officer cut off the penis of a Ukrainian prisoner of war with a utility knife. Later, the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier was shot and dragged on the ground, with ropes tied around his legs.
Investigators from The Insider and Bellingcat identified the attacker. He turned out to be Tuvan Ochur-Suge Mongush, born in 1993 from the battalion Akhmat.
