The lack of heat supply is caused by several factors, including a difficult security situation, extensive damage to houses, and disruption of water supply.

The Konstantinovskaya community of the Donetsk region was left without heating. This was announced by the head of Donetsk OVA Vadim Filashkin.

The lack of heat supply is caused by several factors, including a difficult security situation, extensive damage to houses, and disruption of the water supply.

According to the OVA, the issue of the continuation of heating should be considered “subject to the loss of the threat to the life and health of utility workers.”

We remind you that in Donetsk, temporarily occupied by the Russians, there may be no heating in winter. Boiler house workers in the Donetsk region refused to go to work due to non-payment of wages.

As reported, the heating season has begun in all regions of Ukraine, except for the Kherson region. Currently, 83% of all boiler houses operating in Ukraine provide heat supply. Heat is provided in up to 70% of residential buildings.
