On the night of today, November 5 (from 20.00 on November 4), the Russian invaders carried out another massive air attack on Ukraine.

This was reported by the press service of the Air Force Command.
It is noted that the enemy:
- attacked the Odessa region with two X-59/69 guided aircraft missiles from the Black Sea;
- attacked the Kharkov region with guided bombs;
- launched 79 attack UAVs of the Shahed type and unidentified drones in the directions of the Russian Bryansk, Kursk and Orel.
The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile forces, aviation, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine, the report said.
As of 08.30:
- the downing of two Kh-59/69 guided missiles and 48 enemy UAVs was confirmed in Odessa, Kyiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zhitomir, Cherkassy, Chernigov and Khmelnytsky regions;
- 30 enemy drones were lost locally in different regions of Ukraine;
- one drone returned to Russia.
