The Council will consider the issue of liquidation of MSEC

The Cabinet of Ministers submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on reforming (liquidating) medical and social expert commissions. The bill aims to create a regulatory framework for changing the approaches to the identification of needs and the mechanism for providing them for people with limitations in daily functioning and reforming MSEC system. The draft law proposes to amend some legislative acts, in particular, the Basics of the Law of Ukraine on Health Care, the laws “On Rehabilitation in the Sphere of Health Care”, “On the Basics of Social Security of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine”, “On Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine”, “On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection” and others.

Ermak rejected negotiations with Russia

Ukraine does not conduct any negotiations with Russia, and agreements are possible due to separate agreements mediated by third states. Canada has sent the first NASAMS air defense system ordered for Ukraine

The first NASAMS air defense system ordered by Canada for Ukraine has been delivered. Ukraine expects to receive the system by the end of this year. NASAMS (Norwegian/National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System) is a mobile air defense system for destroying enemy air targets (UAVs, ballistic missiles, helicopters, airplanes, cruise missiles, etc.) at medium and low altitudes under any weather conditions. Can hit targets at a distance of up to 180 km and an altitude of up to 21 km.

Germany will allocate an additional 200 million euros for humanitarian aid to Ukraine

Germany will give Ukraine an additional humanitarian aid package worth 200 million euros to support front-line regions in the winter, Foreign Minister Annalena Bärbock said during a visit to Ukraine.
