Iran is preparing to launch a complex attack on Israel with more powerful warheads and other weapons that it has not used in the previous two attacks. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal, citing sources.
Tehran has privately warned Cairo of a “cruel and comprehensive” response to Israel over the Oct. 26 attack on Iran, an anonymous Egyptian official said.
“Our military has lost people, so they have to react,” the Iranian official explained.
Iran could use Iraqi territory for this attack to strike Israeli military targets.
Iranian and Arab officials indicate that Tehran does not plan to limit itself to missiles and drones, but to use more powerful warheads.
The attack itself will take place after the US election tomorrow, but before the inauguration of the new president in January, because “Iran does not want to influence the elections in the States.”
As you know, on October 26, Israel launched strikes on Iranian targets in response to a previous Iranian missile attack. Explosions were recorded in Tehran and other cities. According to media reports, during this strike, Israel destroyed all Iranian S-300 anti-aircraft guns.
