The losses of the Russian army in the Kursk region were named by the Ukrainian military.
Since the beginning of the operation in the Kursk region, paratroopers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have inflicted losses on the enemy of almost 8 thousand soldiers, which is equal to 15 enemy battalions. Sanitary and irretrievable losses among Russian occupiers amounted to 7 thousand 980 people. The command of the Air Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.
Losses in armored vehicles of the occupiers are also serious – in total, 58 tanks, 162 infantry fighting vehicles, 46 armored personnel carriers, 136 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, 592 automobile vehicles, 46 electronic warfare stations and other special equipment were destroyed and damaged.
The paratroopers also shot down two Ka-52 combat helicopters, one Mi-8, 111 reconnaissance drones of various types, 34 attack UAVs of the Shahed and Lancet type and one Orion reconnaissance and attack drone.
In addition, the Maroon Berets suppressed 9,874 hostile FPV drones using electronic warfare.
In the Kursk region, about 300 Russian enemy soldiers were captured. Nine tanks, four armored personnel carriers, nine guns, six mortars, etc. were also captured.
Let us remind you that in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, during the fighting, a “road of death” appeared. This path is paved with destroyed enemy equipment. The greatest losses of equipment in this area were suffered by the notorious 155th Marine Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces.
