They, together with unidentified officials of the Central MSEC No. 1 of Kyiv, were involved in a corruption scheme. They demanded a bribe from the combat veteran. For 5 thousand dollars. They promised to produce a third disability group for a period of two years. The Office of the Prosecutor General and the National Police reported this on Telegram.
And in the future, he had to prepare the necessary medical documents to be assigned a second disability group for life. The businessmen threatened the veteran that if he did not pay, his already assigned disability group would be revoked.
Law enforcement officers have already reported suspicions to a doctor at the St. Michael’s Clinical Hospital in Kyiv and a military serviceman of complicity in obtaining unlawful benefits combined with extortion – Part 5 of Art. 27 hours 3 tbsp. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
During a search at the place of residence, doctors found cash worth 46 thousand UAH, about 87 thousand UAH. dollars and almost 4.5 thousand euros.
It also turned out that the military man involved in the corruption scheme was in the SZCh.
Let us remind you that the head of the Ternopil district transport center demanded a bribe from an agrarian entrepreneur for a deferment from conscription for military service. At the same time, the businessman had the legal right to a deferment, therefore, for the first time, he was receiving higher education as a full-time student in one of the educational institutions of the Carpathian region.
