Two people were injured in Dergachi, Kharkov region, as a result of an attack by the Russian KAB on Thursday night, October 31. The head of the military administration of the city of Dergachiv, Vyacheslav Zadorenko, spoke about this on his Telegram channel.
“The two injured as a result of the strike are men, 39 and 65 years old, working as security guards in a civilian business,” his statement said.
He noted that a 39-year-old man suffered an upper body injury from broken glass, and a 65-year-old man had a severe stress reaction.

As we have already written, Russian troops are located 2.5-3 kilometers from Kupyansk, the city was destroyed by air bombs.
Earlier it was reported that the Russians were attacking the Oskol River crossings. This complicates the evacuation from Kupyansk and other nearby settlements.
