The United States of America is currently observing the presence of North Korean soldiers in the Kursk region. Ukraine has to strike if they cross its border. US President Joe Biden said this, Reuters reports.
According to him, he is concerned about information about the presence of North Korean troops in the Kursk region.
The US leader was asked if Ukrainian forces should retaliate.
“If they cross the border into Ukraine, yes,” Biden responded.
