“As a result of the night shelling of Kherson by the Russian occupation forces, the energy equipment is currently damaged, the Korabelny and Central districts of the city are partially de-energized,” the statement said.

The head of the Kherson Police Department, Alexander Prokudin, said that a man was killed as a result of shelling in the city.
“At approximately 08:45, Russian troops attacked Kherson. A 62-year-old man who was in the yard received non-life-threatening injuries,” he wrote on Telegram.
