The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed the modern Garmon-M radar station.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian defenders attacked Russian positions. This station, which has been in service with motorized rifle units of the Central Military District of Russia since March 2024, was supposed to provide control over the air situation. An enemy target was destroyed by an FPV drone. The press service of OSUV “Khortitsa” reported this on Telegram.
As you know, Garmon-M is the latest development of the Russian defense industry, which is designed to identify and track air targets. This radar is an important component of modern air defense systems, providing rapid detection of aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles. It can detect air targets at a distance of up to 45 km.
Let us remind you that the Russian invaders launched a massive attack in the Kurakhovsky direction. The Tauride paratroopers stopped the enemy assault and destroyed 12 armored vehicles: nine armored vehicles, two tanks, the Terminator BMPT and four motorcycles.
