Critical infrastructure facilities in the Sumy region were attacked by drones.
UAVs of the “Shahed” type attacked energy facilities of critical infrastructure in the Konotop region on the night of October 28. Currently, emergency services are engaged in eliminating the consequences of the shelling and emergency restoration work continues. The Sumy Regional Military Administration reported this on Telegram.
The OVA also reported that the air defense forces and means of the Ground Forces and the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed six Shaheds in the region. In total, since the beginning of the year, anti-aircraft gunners from the Sumy region have shot down 406 Russian drones.
