The head of the regional ministry, Andrey Ikonnikov, commented on the evacuation from the city’s clinics. He said that on July 4, there were reports of mining medical facilities.
“Don’t worry – for security, we follow all algorithms of actions and take appropriate measures together with law enforcement agencies,” the minister said.
