Zelensky heard reports on the situation at the front, operations in the Kursk region and contracts for the production of domestic weapons.

President Vladimir Zelensky met with Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov. The head of state announced this in an evening video message on Sunday, October 27.

Zelensky heard reports on the situation at the front, operations in the Kursk region and contracts for the production of domestic weapons.

“Today there are also reports from Commander-in-Chief Syrsky – the front and the Kursk operation – and the Minister of Defense Umerov – about contracts for the production of domestic weapons,” Zelensky said .

The head of state expressed gratitude this week to several combat brigades, which in different directions showed themselves equally for the sake of Ukraine, especially the 25th separate airborne, 79th air assault, 35th separate marine brigade, 65th separate mechanized 425th separate assault battalion and the 27th separate artillery brigade.

As you know, North Korea is sending thousands of troops to Russia for the war against Ukraine. They can start taking part in battles as early as this week. Meanwhile, North Korean officials are being photographed on the streets of Moscow.

Let’s add that the first military units from the DPRK, trained in Russia, have already arrived in the combat zone in the Kursk region.
