At least seven Russian kamikaze drones of the “Shahed” type flew into Belarus from Ukraine on the night of today, October 26.
This was reported in the Telegram channel of the monitoring group “Belarusian Gayun”.
The drones passed through the Slavutich-Pripyat “corridor” and flew in the direction of Bragin, as well as Pinskaya/Stolin in the southwest of the country, the report says.
According to the monitoring group:
- the first event was at 02:51 a “transit corridor” from Slavutych towards Chernobyl, and then at 04.34, 04.43, 05.19, 06.02 and 06.05;
- There were also three more “martyrs” who were moving in the direction of Belarus, but their measure has not been precisely confirmed. These are passages at 03.20, 06.37 and 09.38 am;
- In addition, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that one of the UAVs, after entering Belarus, never returned to Ukraine, that is, it was locally lost on the territory of Belarus.
Let us note that at night and in the morning the duty aircraft of the Belarusian Air Force did not rise,” Gayun added.
