Agents of the Russian special services were exposed by Ukrainian law enforcement officers.
The Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police detained five more henchmen of the Russian special services who committed arson in the Kyiv, Vinnitsa and Sumy regions. The enemy attracted unemployed Ukrainians who were looking for “easy” money in Telegram channels to participate in criminal activities. The SBU press center reported this on October 25.
In the Kyiv region, 25-year-old and 29-year-old residents of Fastiv were detained for setting fire to the local branch of Ukrposhta and Ukrzaliznytsia facilities. They recorded all this on camera for reporting purposes, but the attackers were unable to escape.
In the Vinnytsia region, “hot on the heels”, law enforcement officers detained a couple who burned two relay cabinets of signal installations that regulate traffic on important sections of Ukrzaliznytsia. The saboteurs turned out to be repeat offenders from the city of Gnivan – a 28-year-old woman who had a criminal record for forgery of documents, and her 29-year-old acquaintance, who had previously served a sentence for theft.
And in Sumy, a 27-year-old local resident was detained, who set fire to two railway relay cabinets and was preparing further acts of sabotage in the city.
All detainees were informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 113 (sabotage committed under martial law) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us remind you that recently the SBU and the National Police detained seven henchmen of the Russian special services who burned military vehicles and Ukrzaliznytsia facilities in Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk and Cherkasy regions.
