Vladimir Putin published blatant disinformation that did not reflect the real situation, said the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The head of the Russian regime, Vladimir Putin, lied at the BRICS summit about the real situation of the conflict in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky announced this on Telegram on Friday, October 25.
“The statement issued by the head of the aggressor country at the BRICS summit about the siege of Ukrainian troops in the Kursk region does not correspond to the fact that it is blatant disinformation that does not reflect the real situation,” the commander-in-chief wrote .
According to Syrsky, Ukrainian troops continue active operations in the direction of Kursk and for the third month in a row, destroy the enemy’s fighting potential.
From August 8 to the present, Russian troops in the Kursk region have lost:
-
Personnel – 17,819 people (irrecoverable – 6,662; sanitary – 10,446; prisoners – 711 people);
-
45 tanks;
-
256 armored combat vehicles;
-
565 units of automotive equipment;
-
99 artillery systems;
-
5 multiple rocket launch systems
“Thank you to the Ukrainian soldiers for their perseverance, perseverance and true courage that you have shown to our primordial treacherous enemy in all sectors and directions of the front,” Syrsky added.
Earlier, Ukrainian paratroopers demonstrated the so-called “road of death” in the Kursk region of Russia. The road was littered with destroyed Russian equipment.
