Five saboteurs were detained who set fire to Ukrzaliznytsia and Ukrposhta facilities at the direction of the Russians.
The security service detained five more henchmen of the Russian special services who carried out arson in Kyiv, Vinnitsa and Sumy regions. The SBU press service reported this on Friday, October 25.
To fix the damage, Russian special services remotely recruited local unemployed people looking for “easy” income on Telegram channels.
So, in Kyiv region detained two residents of Fastiv, ages 25 and 29, who set fire to the local branch of Ukrposhta and Ukrzaliznytsia facilities.
The defendants filmed the fire on a mobile phone camera for “reporting” to the Russian administrator, and then unsuccessfully tried to flee from the crime scenes.
The defendants are two repeat offenders from the city of Gnivan: a 28-year-old woman with a criminal record for forging documents, and her 29-year-old acquaintance, who previously served of a sentence for theft.
All detainees were charged with sabotage committed under martial law.
