The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine codified and authorized the use of the Targan unmanned ground robotic complex, developed by Ukrainian engineers, in units of the Defense Forces. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense on Wednesday, October 23.
The targan is small in size, which allows it to be transported in a minibus or on a car trailer. At the same time, the ground robot itself can deliver up to two hundred weight of cargo.
Depending on the needs, it is capable of carrying ammunition, food, and equipment.
“The silent electric motor, large rubber wheels and design features allow it to move unnoticed across the battlefield over a large distance,” the defense department assured.
We remind you that since the beginning of the year, the Ministry of Defense has codified 70 new types of ammunition for UAVs.
