Warsaw wants to get acquainted with the secret annexes to the Victory Plan recently presented by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
Deputy Chairman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland Wladyslaw Teofil Bartoszewski stated this in an interview, Wpolsce.pl reports.
We will talk with the Ukrainian side on this topic, because I do not see the possibility of restoring Ukraine without Poland’s participation in it,” he noted.
Zelensky, presenting Victory Plan 18, said that classified applications will only be presented to those countries that are helping Ukraine in the war against Russia. Then Zelensky noted that the applications “were transferred today to those countries that specifically have these points to strengthen Ukraine.”
If in one country or another, even among our close partners, there is nothing to strengthen us, why give an application? – Zelensky said then.
Bartoshevsky noted that he was surprised to see the question posed in this way.
We helped Ukraine militarily in a special way because when the Germans were talking about sending helmets, we sent 320 tanks. Therefore, our contribution was certainly significant, especially at the very beginning, when it was most needed, he emphasized.
That is why, Bartoshevsky believes, we certainly should have access to documents of this kind.
We will talk about this, and the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs will certainly discuss this with the Ukrainian side, since we are in constant contact,” he noted.
