President Vladimir Zelensky said there was a “very good signal” from the United States of America.
A team from the United States will arrive in Ukraine, where Kyiv will implement every point of the Plan for Victory against the Russian aggressors. The Ukrainian leader announced this on Sunday, October 20, in an evening speech.
“There are very good signals from the United States – we are already hearing the rhetoric, its changes. We expect the arrival of a team from Washington to work on the points of the Victory Plan at all levels of work,” said the president.
According to him, there are also some agreements on some new support packages – defense and energy.
We remind you that on October 16, Vladimir Zelensky announced the Victory Plan. His first point was the immediate invitation of Ukraine to NATO.
The day before it became known that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz rejected the main points of the Victory Plan.
The United States is still discussing the details of the Victory Plan, but it already generally supports the initiative.
