Due to enemy shelling, tens of thousands of consumers in Donetsk, Kherson and Chernihiv regions were left without electricity.
In Ukraine, on October 19, as a result of enemy shelling, more than 73 thousand consumers in three regions remain without electricity. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.
It was noted that in the Donetsk region, as a result of the fighting in the last 24 hours, 6.8 thousand subscribers in two communities were cut off. Energy workers restored power supply to 7.9 thousand subscribers in one locality. In the morning, 182 settlements (97.6 thousand subscribers) remained without electricity.
In the Kyiv region, due to technological reasons, 644 consumers in six settlements were found without electricity supply.
According to the Ministry of Energy, due to the UAV attack, 90.2 thousand subscribers in 139 communities were left without power in the morning, 66.9 thousand subscribers in 134 communities were without power; As a result of the drone attack, emergency shutdowns are applied. In total, 223 settlements (70.7 thousand subscribers) have no power supply.
On the morning of October 19, due to the fighting, there was no voltage – 44.8 thousand consumers in 99 settlements.
In Kherson, as a result of the fighting, 3,347 consumers were without electricity supply. In the area without electricity there are more than 25 thousand consumers in 45 communities.
In the Chernihiv region, due to the drone attack, emergency shutdowns are used. Because of the conflict, 26 settlements – 1.8 thousand subscribers – remain without power.
Let us remind you that the number of outages has increased in the regions of Ukraine. On the morning of October 18, power outages were recorded in three regions.
As reported, according to forecasts of the National Security and Defense Council, Russia will continue attacks on the energy system when the heating season begins.
