Ukrainians will receive the first payment of the “National Cashback” from October 22 to October 31.
The state will transfer a total of 37.2 million UAH, accumulated for purchases in September, to more than 646 thousand Ukrainians. The press service of the Ministry of Economy reported this today, October 18.
You can spend your cashback on services – utilities, medical, transport and others. Either donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine or purchase military bonds, the department noted.
Funds will be credited to those citizens who made purchases of Ukrainian goods and the cashback amount was more than 2 UAH in September:
- according to September results, there were 646 thousand 378 such consumers;
- others either had no accruals or they amounted to less than 2 UAH.
The condition for cashback payment is the activation of the card for payments in the Action.
Those who have done this will receive the cashback accumulated in September in October. Those who have not activated their card for payments, and there are more than 300 thousand such consumers as of the end of September, must do so. The funds will not disappear anywhere, they will be paid in November,” the Ministry of Economy noted.
It is noted that the cashback received is not taxed.
The corresponding law was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada. For civil servants, local government employees and other citizens required to submit annual financial statements, the NAPC has issued an explanation, the ministry noted.
Cashback payments will be made monthly, from the 20th of the next month for the previous one.
That is, at the end of October, consumers will receive cashback accumulated for September, at the end of November – for October, the Ministry of Economy said.
To receive cashback from the state, you need:
