Law enforcement officials detained two more henchmen of Russian special services who set fire to military vehicles and facilities of Ukrzaliznytsia in Dnipro and Slavyansk, Donetsk region. The SBU reported this on October 18.

In Slavyansk in the Donetsk region, a 20-year-old drug addict was detained, who contacted a career FSB officer and offered money in exchange for cooperation.
On his instructions, the defendant set fire to a Defense Forces SUV undergoing maintenance at a local service station after completing front-line combat missions.
Both detainees were charged with the suspicion of obstructing the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period. The criminal actions of the defendant from the Dnieper are further qualified as intentional damage to other people’s property, committed by arson, and sabotage, committed under martial law.
