The attackers carefully prepared to carry out the murder, watched the judge, studied his daily activities, the places where he often visited. The criminal couple also bought weapons and grenades.
In Uman, a city “watcher” and a murderer were detained, who had been following the judge for a month, planning his murder. The defendants face up to 15 years in prison or life in prison. The Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine reported this on Thursday, October 17.
For a month, the defendants monitored the judge: they identified the vehicles he used, travel routes and places he regularly visited.
By purchasing weapons and grenades, the attackers planned the killing and how to leave the crime scene. Also, for the purpose of disguise, the killer buys clothes, masks and gloves, which he must destroy after the execution of the judge.
On March 19, the police detained the criminal couple. The indictment has now been submitted to the court.
Men are charged with:
-
Part 3 Art. 27, part 1 art. 14, paragraph 12, part 2, art. 115 (attempted murder committed by prior conspiracy of a group of persons);
-
Part 1 Art. 255-1 (establishment or distribution of criminal influence);

The “looker” and the killer face up to 15 years behind bars or life in prison.
We remind you that in the Dnepropetrovsk region a 53-year-old man was detained who, for 15 thousand dollars, ordered an acquaintance to kill his wife’s lover.
Earlier, law enforcement officials detained a former deputy of the Zhmerinsky City Council of the Vinnytsia region from the banned party OPZZH, who ordered the killing of another deputy of this local council.
It was also reported that a developer who ordered the killing of a competitor was detained in Khmelnitsky.
