In the temporarily occupied city of Rubezhne you can now call an ambulance from payphones.
This was reported by the press service of the Lugansk Public Educational Institution.
After the occupiers cut off mobile communications in this and nearby cities, four payphones were installed in the village. Of these, it was possible to make phone calls only to those who still had a wired connection at home or in an institution,” the OVA said.
It is noted that for some reason calling an emergency medical team from these phones was prohibited.
To resolve the issue, 2.5 years after the occupation, representatives of the so-called “Ministry of Digital Development of the LPR” made “considerable” efforts. So, in Rubezhnoye there is a digital breakthrough,” added the OVA.
