European Council President Charles Michel said he had invited Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to a summit on October 17 to take stock of the latest developments in the war and present a plan for victory.
As a Radio Liberty correspondent in Brussels reports, Zelensky will be there in person.
The meeting will take place on October 17-18 in Brussels. One of the main issues will be the continuation of comprehensive support for Ukraine.
