According to investigators, in October 2022, Tatyana Krupa deposited $590,000 into a Bank Polska account.
In the criminal proceedings on suspicion of the head of the Khmelnitsky Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise, Tatyana Krupa, new details emerged. The Commander-in-Chief reports this in relation to court registry data.
The text of the resolution of the Pechersky District Court on the arrest of an official refers to Krupa’s savings in foreign banks, which are not reflected in the electronic declaration for 2023.
In particular, we are talking about the 590 thousand dollars that Krupa transferred to the account of the Polish bank Pekao (Bank Polska Kasa Opieki). The corresponding receipt dated October 26, 2022 was discovered by SBI investigators during a search of the MSEC chief’s apartment in early October 2024.
In addition, according to the investigation, the husband of the suspect, Vladimir Krupa, also kept funds in banks in Poland. A total of 11.3 thousand euros and 1.2 million dollars were collected.
Currently, the head of the MSEC must explain the source of approximately 137 million UAH, which was found in the official’s apartment, but was not reflected in his declaration.
Currently, the defense is challenging the decision to place Tatyana Krupa in custody. The hearing will take place on October 17 at the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
We remind you that on October 4 it became known that the head of MSEC in the Khmelnitsky region and his relatives were found to have $6 million in cash and many other assets during the searches. The media found out that we are talking about Tatyana Krupa, who is a representative from Servants of the people in the Khmelnitsky regional council. Krupa has been working as the chief physician of the regional MSEC since 2008.
And on October 7, the court arrested Tatyana Krupa with a chance to be released on bail of 500 million hryvnias.
