In the Vinnytsia region, a court sentenced a man for raping a girl. He was imprisoned for 14 years. The regional prosecutor’s office announced this on October 15.
It was mentioned that in November 2021, a man with many children, while drunk, in the courtyard of a non-residential building, in front of his daughter, using physical violence, despite the young age of the victim, raped her .
In court, the accused did not admit his guilt.
As reported, the information about the convicted person will be entered in the Unified Register of Persons Convicted of Crimes against Sexual Freedom and Sexual Inviolability of a Minor after the judgment enters into legal force.
“As of now, the sentence has not yet entered into legal force,” the prosecutor’s office said.
We remind you that for the rape of a 12-year-old girl, a resident of Kiev will spend 14 years behind bars. The man, while interacting with the girl, agreed to meet her, after which, through psychological pressure, he forced her to go to the garage, where, against her will, he tricked her into using of a psychotropic substance and raped her.
The law enforcers also sent to the court an indictment against a man who raped his minor daughter for several years.
