In the Donetsk region yesterday, October 12, on the highway between the villages of Ulakli and Dachnoye, Volnovakha district, an enemy FPV drone directly hit a civilian vehicle.
The 19-year-old driver of the car died. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Besides this:
- The Russian army attacked the village of Kurakhovka, Pokrovsky district. As a result of the attack, an 84-year-old pensioner received bodily injuries incompatible with life;
- Russian troops also shelled the city of Selidovo. Two men and a woman were injured as a result of being hit by weapons;
- The city of Seversk also came under the occupiers’ sights. The shell hit a private house. Two local residents, 23 and 25 years old, received shrapnel wounds and mine explosion injuries.
According to preliminary data, the enemy attacked populated areas using artillery, the Office of the Prosecutor General noted.
In addition, during the Russian army attack on the city of Mirnograd, a married couple aged 50 and 55 years old who were in the house received mine-explosive and shrapnel wounds. The injured were provided with medical assistance. Three more civilians, 46, 50 and 73 years old, were wounded in the village of Shevchenko.
A pre-trial investigation is being carried out in criminal proceedings regarding violations of the laws and customs of war (Parts 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
