The Russian army attacked the port infrastructure of the Odessa region.
The ballistic strike killed five people and injured nine. All victims are Ukrainians. They are receiving medical assistance, and five of the victims are in serious condition. Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine – Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Alexey Kuleba announced this on Telegram.
The Panamanian-flagged container ship Shui Spirit was damaged during the attack. This is the third foreign ship attacked by Russia in the last four days.
Ukraine remains the guarantor of food security. Therefore, it is important to stop the practice of this terror – with sufficient weapons, air defense, diplomacy, sanctions and punishment for every war crime, the minister emphasized.
Let us remind you that on the night of October 9, Russian “Shaheds” attacked the city of Chernomorsk in the Odessa region. Air defense forces shot down most of the enemy drones, but there were some hits. The façade of a nine-story building, an unfinished building and a medical facility were damaged. Five people were injured, three had to be hospitalized.
