In Kakhovka, Kherson region, Russian soldiers tortured 45-year-old local resident Vladimir Zakabluk to death. The Center for Investigative Journalism reported this on Wednesday, October 9.
According to the man’s friends and acquaintances, the Russians detained Vladimir Vladimirovich Zakabluk, born in 1979, in Kakhovka and brutally tortured him. The man died from his injuries. It happened at the beginning of the month.
Zakabluk worked at the local branch of the limited liability company JSC Cargillwhich owns, in particular, an oil extraction plant in Kakhovka.
From 2004 to 2008, the man was registered as an individual entrepreneur with activities related to the provision of transport services and intermediation in specialized trade.
Other details of his death are not yet known.
