“There are about 1,200 civilians left in the territory of Toretsky itself and, unfortunately, the remaining people have no desire to leave, on our part, employees of the National Police, the military administration and the Security Service state emergency. if the appropriate applications are received, all efforts will be made, to remove the population,” said Chinchik.
The head of the GVA emphasized that not a single building in the community’s territory was not damaged due to shelling.
“The population is forced to hide in the shelters that are currently left in the city,” Chinchik added.
He mentioned that there is no electricity or gas supply in the city, the sewage system does not work, and instead of technical water there is rain.
