The government has made a decision that will increase the transparency and efficiency of the land market. The service of obtaining a document on the normative analysis of land will be introduced in fully automatic mode and in electronic form. This was announced on July 1 by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal.
The document will be issued using a QR code without the involvement of officials. Everything is clear and fast, without corruption and abuse, – he noted.
Shmyhal recalled that exactly one year ago a land market was introduced in Ukraine.
“People got the opportunity to sell and buy land, start their own farms, invest in development. During this time, more than 100,000 transactions were completed. At the end of May, we resumed the work of these cadastres and registers, and nearly 3,000 new agreements were signed this month, ”the prime minister said.
According to him, the role of the land market and agricultural sector in the economic recovery after the war is difficult to overestimate.
“This will be one of the pillars of the new economy of Ukraine, but its basis is the export of raw materials, and deep processing on the territory of our state,” stressed Shmyhal.
Earlier it was reported that nearly 170 thousand hectares of land were sold in Ukraine.
Recall that in Ukraine, land fees were temporarily removed.
