The State Bureau of Investigation is studying the lists found during searches of the office of the head of the Khmelnitsky Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise (MSEC) Tatyana Krupa. This was reported by the representative of the DBR regional department in Khmelnitsky, Ekaterina Gerasimuk, Suspilne reports on Saturday, October 5.
According to him, these lists contain names and fictitious diagnoses. Now the investigative authorities before the trial must find and verify the people indicated in the lists.
Lawyer Natalya Svirnevskaya said that if it is proven that a person on the list was improperly assessed with the purpose of preventing mobilization, then he may face responsibility under Art. 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The punishment of the article provides punishment in the form of imprisonment from three to five years.
If the investigative authorities established before the trial that, in addition, money was given to obtain a diagnosis that would provide grounds for deferment or not to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, then such actions may be qualified under Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The penalty provides punishment in the form of a fine of up to 4 thousand tax-free minimum income of citizens or restriction of freedom for two to four years, or imprisonment for five to ten years with or no confiscation. of property.
The day before it became known that the head of the MSEC in the Khmelnitsky region and his relatives were found to have $6 million in cash and many other assets during the searches. The media found out that we are talking about Tatyana Krupa, who is a representative from the Servant of the People in the Khmelnitsky Regional Council. Krupa has been working as the chief physician of the regional MSEC since 2008.
And now DBR reported that the head of the Khmelnitsky regional center of MSEC was detained. He was informed of the suspicion of illegal enrichment.
