Over the past 24 hours, due to shelling and fighting, there have been power outages in Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk and Zaporozhye regions.
In Ukraine, as of the morning of October 5, 508 settlements remain without electricity due to fighting and technological violations. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.
It was noted that in the last 24 hours, power engineers have restored power to 17,441 consumers.
According to the Ministry of Energy, due to previous enemy shelling in the past 24 hours, the transmission system operator applied emergency shutdown schedules in parts of Sumy and Poltava regions to prevent equipment overloading on the network.
In general, in the last 24 hours there was a power outage in the Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk and Zaporozhye regions due to shelling and fighting.
In the Kharkov region, as a result of the crash of a UAV, several overhead lines were turned off at the same time, but consumers did not lose electricity.
In the Donetsk region, as a result of shelling, substations, household consumers and the railway were cut off (there was no train traffic).
And in the Vinnytsia region, substations and household consumers were de-energized for technological reasons. Power supply has now been restored.
In the Zhytomyr region, for the same reason, the substation and household consumers, as well as the railway, were de-energized (there were no disruptions to train traffic). Power was restored using a backup circuit.
In the Kirovograd region, during an inspection of an overhead line, theft of equipment was discovered. It was reported to the police.
We remind you that Russian troops attacked a substation in the Sumy region, as a result of which six workers were injured.
