Shahed’s wreckage discovered in Romania

The discovered fragments of the Russian drone will be sent for analysis. They were found in a suburban area.

In Romania on Friday, October 4, the remains of a Russian drone, which was used by the Russian Federation to attack Ukraine, were rediscovered. This was reported by the Romanian Ministry of National Defense.

It was noted that the remains were found about one kilometer from the mouth of Georgievsky in the Danube delta.

The military searched the area where they found remains. Now the fragments of the Russian drone will be submitted for analysis.

The Romanian Ministry of Defense also noted that Shahed was found in a suburban area and did not hit any infrastructure.

We remind you that this is not the first time that Russian UAVs have crashed in Romania. In particular, on September 24, it was reported that new fragments of drones with which Russia attacks Ukraine were found in Romania.

Also on the night of September 8, a group of Shaheds flew to Romania.
