A missile strike on occupied territory near Donetsk on October 3 took out more than 20 attackers, including six officers from North Korea who had come for negotiations with their “colleagues” in Russia. The Center for National Resistance came to the conclusion that the North Koreans were invited to provide labor supplies to these regions because the Kremlin’s war with Ukraine led to a labor shortage throughout Russia and the occupied territories.
