“To prevent overloading of equipment in the main network, emergency shutdowns were forced to be introduced in Sumy and Poltava regions at 10:25,” the message said.

In particular, due to the fighting, there were new power outages in Donetsk, Kharkov, Chernihiv and Kirovograd regions.
