Romania has transferred the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system to Ukraine. Radio Liberty reported this with reference to a representative of the Romanian Ministry of Defense on Thursday, October 3.

The other day, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky on the social network X expressed gratitude to all the countries that helped in the provision of air defense systems.
“Special thanks to Romania for the Patriot systems. Together we can achieve greater efficiency – we can end the terror in Russia by jointly destroying suicide bombers and missiles,” the head of state wrote.
We remind you that in early September Romania approved the transfer of Patriot to Ukraine. The corresponding law was signed by Romanian President Klaus Iohannis.
