Armenia assures that it is determined to act with precision, while Azerbaijan points to the need for “more to be agreed.”
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said that he has not yet seen the political will on the part of Azerbaijan to sign a peace agreement between the countries, despite the fact that the draft document is almost ready. News-Armenia reported this on Wednesday, October 2.
“There is a practically agreed version of the peace agreement with Azerbaijan, but the document cannot be signed, because at each new opportunity the representatives of Azerbaijan promote some new reservations emphasized at the security forum in Warsaw .

“We can sign this document and continue to work on the issues that have arisen in the last two or three years, a lot of work has been done, despite all the challenges, escalation, attacks on the territory of Armenia negotiations, determined Armenia to behave properly,” added the head of the MFA.
Let’s remember that Armenia previously agreed with Azerbaijan on 13 points of the peace agreement, two more points were partially agreed.
