About 90% of Ukrainians plan to spend the autumn-winter period of 2024 at their permanent place of residence.
This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the sociological group “Rating”.
About 10% of respondents plan to move:
- 4% within the region;
- 3% within the country;
- 2% abroad.
Younger respondents and residents of the East are more likely to talk about plans to move, sociologists said.
It is noted that at the time of the survey:
- 64% of respondents had a stable supply of electricity;
- about 30% noted minimal outages;
- 4% experience outages frequently;
- 1% experience outages all the time.
Among the regions, the worst situation is in the eastern regions: 13% of surveyed residents note frequent blackouts, sociologists noted.
The survey was conducted from September 20 to September 23, 2024 in controlled territories where mobile communications are available, using the CATI method (computer-assisted telephone interviews). 1 thousand respondents over 18 years old took part in it. The statistical error does not exceed 3.1%.
