In the Moscow region, the former “Minister” of Fuel, Energy and Coal Industry of the so-called “LPR” Konstantin Zavizenov was found with a gunshot wound to the head. The Cheka-OGPU reported this on Tuesday, October 1, citing its own sources.

Zavizenov’s body was discovered in the Istra district on a plot of land near his country house.

“He died from a head wound. The police found his minor son in the house and found several hunting rifles. According to the boy, the father drank vodka and talked to him about life. Then planned he will sleep in a hotel, and in the morning take the guns and go to hunt in Kamchatka,” the message said.

Konstantin Zavizenov is a native of the Russian city of Perm. The 50-year-old Russian worked in the investment departments of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation, as well as in the Rosenergoatom concern.

As noted by the VChK-OGPU, from 2010 to 2016, Zavizenov was director of risk management at Inter RAO UES, the largest energy company in Russia, which in 2010 was headed by the son of Putin’s asset owner, Boris Kovalchuk.

In August 2022, Zavizenov began working as the “minister” of the fuel, energy and coal industry of the illegal “LPR” formation.
