Ukraine is covered in dust from the Caspian Lowland

Fine dust settles in Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk, Sumy, Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Donetsk and Lugansk regions. A small amount also went to Cherkasy and Kirovograd regions. This situation will last until Friday, when the wind direction in Ukraine will change to the south and west.

Krotevich said the court ordered the DBR to open proceedings on his application regarding Sodol

The Kiev Court of Appeal ordered the State Bureau of Investigation to initiate criminal proceedings at the request of the chief of staff of the Azov brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine Bohdan Krotevich against the former commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Sodol. Krotevich said the court overturned the initial decision of the Shevchenko District Court of Kyiv, which rejected his complaint against the DBR due to the fact that it did not initiate a case against Sodol. The new definition obligates the DBI to initiate an investigation into negligence in military service no later than 24 hours after receiving the court’s decision. According to Krotevich, Sodol is responsible for “the loss of regions and dozens of cities and thousands of Ukrainian soldiers.”

The Ukrainian Armed Forces named the hottest direction on the front

The head of the Zaporizhzhya OVA, Ivan Fedorov, said that many residents of Zaporozhye are considering evacuation due to regular Russian attacks on the city. In the past 24 hours, the Russians have carried out 393 strikes in the region.

Lithuania transferred materials about the crimes of the Lukashenko regime to The Hague

The Lithuanian government has provided materials on Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko to the prosecutor’s office of the International Criminal Court in The Hague. We are talking about the forced deportation and persecution of people, as well as other cruel actions that go against the basic norms of international law.

Putin signed a decree ordering the fall from October 1

In Russia, from October 1 to December 31, it was planned to conscript 133 thousand people. It plans to send conscripts from collection points to service areas as early as October 15. Peskov could not comment on the question of whether the conscripts will serve in the border regions, including in the Kursk region, where the operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is underway.

The UK has closed the country’s last coal-fired power station.

Ratcliffe-on-Soar power station in Nottinghamshire has completely ceased operations and will be demolished following two years of decommissioning. Thus, Great Britain became the first industrialized country to abandon the use of coal for electricity production. Britain began phasing out coal in electricity generation in the early 2000s, when air quality standards increased. Coal began to be gradually replaced by cheaper gas and wind energy. By 2035, the UK wants to design its electricity generation mix so that production emits almost no CO2.
